Setup and disassembly for coin cell batteries

A well-designed coin cell battery holder must be resistant to shock and vibration while remaining flexible enough for easy battery replacement.  Unfortunately, these criteria  are often contradictory, as better setup equals worse disassembly. 

It is especially important to test the battery holders at the assembly line. Removing the battery is usually much easier if the Coin cell holder is in your hand, rather than soldered to a printed circuit board and surrounded by other components and housings.
