Production Line Improvement on April 2021

Dongguan Keyu Plastic Hardware Co.,Ltd has been processing battery holders for Fortune 500 companies in the world. In order to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction, and better keep up with the requirements of international large companies, in addition to the previous fixture, raw materials, medicine shelves, to be processed area, to be inspected area, finished product area, Keyu began to improve the production line in April 2021.

Improvement :

1. Added acrylic partition in the middle of production line for material isolation;

2. Products are packed on the material tray;

3. Materials are packed on the material tray;

4. Add transparent partition for products isolation.
